I developed the interface for a SuperApp for an insurance company, designed to offer a complete and integrated experience for customers. With an intuitive and user-centered design, the platform enables insurance purchasing, policy consultation, payments, and access to various services—all in one place. Additionally, the SuperApp features smart integrations with third-party applications, providing convenience and expanding its usability. The goal was to create a robust digital ecosystem, eliminating the need for multiple accesses and ensuring that customers have everything they need at their fingertips.
The four key pillars of this SuperApp’s design were:
Unified Interface, offering a seamless and well-organized experience across different functionalities
Simplified Navigation, ensuring that any user can quickly find what they need
Third-Party Integration, allowing connections with banks, emergency services, and strategic partners
Comprehensive Insurance Management, covering everything from policy purchase to tracking and service usage
The result was a modern, efficient, and accessible application, raising the standard for digital insurance services.
